User Data Deletion

1. What to include

Please include the following in your request:

• Your Xyello username, if available
• The email address used on the account
• A short statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted
• Whether the request also includes connected services such as Instagram integration data

2. How deletion works

After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize the account data that is no longer required for legal, fraud-prevention, financial, or security obligations. Some limited records may be retained where required by law or operational necessity.

3. Connected Meta and Instagram data

If you connected Instagram or another Meta-managed service to Xyello, request deletion through the email above and specify that connected integration metadata should be removed. You can also revoke the app from your Meta account settings at any time.

4. Response time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable period after identity verification, subject to legal retention requirements and system integrity checks.
